A bit about myself: I am an advocate of open, honest discussion – especially with regard to sensitive topics that are often swept under the carpet. The topics that are often neglected are the subjects of the conversations that we need to have: sex, addictions, mental health and suicide. In this blog I will explore a plethora of topics that I believe require attention. I hope you find my words engaging and insightful.
